Terms of service.

All goods are hired to the following conditions:
Equipment remains the property of Hive Prop House.
Payment, plus in some cases a returnable deposit, must be made on or before collection or delivery in the event of any damages or breakages.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer only
The hirer is responsible for insuring goods from the time of acceptance until returned to our premises.
Queries on goods received must be notified immediately.
All goods will be hired out clean and ready to use. If they are returned dirty, a washing charge of 20% of the hire charge will be made.
Deposits will be refunded after items have been returned and checked by our staff. Shortages or damaged goods will be charged at full retail value. Customer goods cannot be accepted as replacement.
Floral Props - Prices quoted are for 4 days hire only and are subject to V.A.T.
Furniture - Prices quoted are for 2 days hire only and are subject to V.A.T.
Extended hire terms are available on request.
All boxes or cartons are to be returned dry and intact.
Hive Prop House is under no liability whatsoever for any injury or damage to persons or property or loss of profit claimed by the hirer in respect of any interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or any failure to deliver or from the use of any equipment under hire.
